We are seeking a talented Retail Customer Service Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
* This role involves working closely with colleagues to nurture and develop existing client relationships, as well as adding new clients to the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with national clients within the grocery/retail sector, and possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

Honours degree required or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of industry related work experience preferably in customer service .With relevant managerial/information technology related courses eg marketing MIS considered from BSc Msc Business finance management computer science Mathematics Economics law etc added advantage。
