We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Team Lead
to support daily store operations and lead a high-performing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, driving sales performance, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve sales and service targets
* Act as a role model on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service
* Support store management with daily operations, opening/closing duties, and scheduling
* Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity
* Train, coach, and onboard new team members
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
* Ensure store standards are maintained (visual merchandising, cleanliness, stock levels)
* Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Requirements
Experience
* 1–3+ years of retail experience, with team-leading or supervisory exposure
Skills
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to drive sales and meet targets
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work retail schedules
General
* Fluent in English
* Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time
