Their Irish practice continues to expand, offering a progressive environment with strong opportunities for development.They are seeking to appoint a Tax Semi Senior to join their Dublin office. This role will support the delivery of high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services while offering excellent exposure to a diverse client base. It provides the opportunity to build technical capability, work closely with senior colleagues, and contribute to the smooth running of tax engagements within a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities IncludeAssisting with tax compliance across a varied portfolio of clientsSupporting the preparation of tax planning and advisory workConducting technical tax research and preparing internal summariesLiaising with Revenue on routine mattersMaintaining strong client relationships and responding to day-to-day queriesSupporting the preparation of proposals and general business development activityAssisting senior colleagues on special projects and ad-hoc assignmentsHelping to manage engagement deadlines, documentation, and workflowCandidate Requirements IncludePart-qualified CTA or working towards qualification (ACA/ACCA studies an advantage)Experience in a practice environment preferredStrong attention to detail with a desire to build strong technical tax skillsClear and confident communication skillsA proactive approach and ability to manage competing prioritiesA motivated team player with a willingness to learn and developThe ideal candidate will bring a positive, professional approach to their work and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a progressive practice.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.Patrick O'Rourkeis a Professional Services Recruitment Specialist, experienced in placing candidates from entry to Partner level.
