At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Delivery Driver/ Sales Support to join our client’s growing team based in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Technician with experience in Printers to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Your new role includes
* Providing support to Sales Dept. for the setup of new devices, delivery, installation and demonstration of printers.
* Providing field support for sales and end users, including on-site product support - executing fault-finding and problem-solving if required.
* Using own initiative and working independently to develop solutions for any issues at the customer site.
* Ensuring that the company van is presentable and well-maintained at all times and notifying your manager immediately of any issues with it.
* Taking opportunities to identify improved digital imaging solutions for customers and explaining/demonstrating the benefits of the range of company business solutions. Passing information regarding potential sales opportunities to the sales team.
Experience you need
* Full Driver’s license is required
* IT knowledge, in particular networking of printers and other peripherals.
* Previous experience in a similar role, or experience with printers
