General Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a renowned Irish pub along the Wild Atlantic Way.
This is a keyholder role with day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of the business, including managing budgets, maintaining operational procedures, and ensuring high service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Maintaining a warm and authentic Irish atmosphere
* Overseeing stock control, scheduling, and compliance
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in senior bar management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with training, supporting, and developing teams is essential.
