I'm Hiring: SAP IBP Junior Analyst
We are seeking a motivated SAP IBP Junior Analyst to join a growing team focused on enhancing supply chain planning and procurement processes through SAP IBP, MM (Materials Management), and P2P (Procure to Pay).
About the Role
* Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SAP IBP, SAP MM, and P2P processes.
* Participate in workshops to gather business requirements related to supply chain planning and procurement.
* Help translate business needs into functional designs for SAP IBP and MM modules.
* Support testing, documentation, and delivery of SAP IBP and MM solutions.
* Provide functional support to end users, ensuring optimal use of SAP IBP and MM systems.
* Contribute to training, testing, and knowledge sharing activities.
* Collaborate with application specialists, vendors, and business users on cross-application processes.
* Support data migration and integration efforts related to SAP MM and IBP modules.
* Adapt to flexible working hours and hybrid work environments as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
* Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
* Basic knowledge or certification in SAP IBP and SAP MM is advantageous.
* Understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) and materials management processes.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Willingness to learn and develop expertise in SAP IBP, MM, and P2P.
* Experience or interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
* Able to work effectively in a hybrid work setup.
