Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder / Senior Leadership Team Role Overview We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own and execute our agency's content engine across newsletters, social channels, and You Tube.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create, film, edit, and distribute content that builds brand authority and drives demand.
This is not a coordinator role.
You will be in the work.
Filming, editing, publishing, iterating.
Core Responsibilities Content & Channel Ownership Own the content calendar across: Social media (primarily Linked In, Instagram, You Tube Shorts)You Tube (long-form, short-form, clips)Turn strategy, insights, client wins, and industry changes into high-quality content Repurpose long-form content into short-form consistently Video & Production (Non-Negotiable)Film and edit video content in-house Comfortable behind the camera and directing on set Strong editing skills for You Tube, short-form, and social Own basic production setup (lighting, audio, framing)Travel to: Conferences Client meetings Internal events Industry talks Capture content in real-world environments, not just studio setups Brand & Positioning Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard Ensure content reflects a premium, credible, performance-driven agency Work closely with leadership to shape messaging and POVGrowth & Distribution Understand what performs and why Optimise titles, hooks, thumbnails, formats, and posting cadence Track performance and iterate based on data Support demand generation through content, not vanity metrics What We're Looking For Must-Haves Proven experience in content marketing within an agency, brand, or media-led business Strong videography and video editing skills Comfortable travelling for shoots, conferences, and events Strong writing ability for newsletters and social Taste level.
