Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the quality control teams with continuous improvement projects.
* Develop and implement process improvements for onboarding, training plans, and method-specific training.
* Investigate and resolve issues to achieve right-first-time results in the QC teams.
* Collaborate with Lean labs and automated scheduling tool teams to improve processes.
* Manage assigned projects from scoping to completion.
Requirements:
1. A third-level qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare laboratory or related technical function.
3. Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, particularly training and testing requirements from receipt to Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
4. Excellent project management skills, including scoping and tracking.
