Job Title: Senior Change Analyst
This role involves providing technical leadership and direction in changes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight & assessment of changes to the quality management system, ensuring that all modifications are compliant, effective, and pose no risk to the product/processes.
The ideal candidate will have an Honours Bachelor's degree (Level 8) and 2-3 years' relevant experience in a quality/ QA or technical position. They should also possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as a good understanding of engineering and quality concepts/theories. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint packages is required.
A self-starter with efficient work style and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong team players who can build strong relationships by fostering open communications, respect and trust are also preferred.
