Monitor and supervise the delivery of care to residents Promote and maintain resident safety and provide quality care through respecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of the resident.. Qualifications/Experience: Nursing Qualifications (Essential) Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential) A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience of nursing older people within the previous 6 years A minimum of 3 years experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area Demonstrate sound knowledge and clinical nursing practice together with future trends in elder care. Hold a post registration management qualification in health or a related field A management qualification or Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable but not essential.
