About the Position:
* This role is a key component of our HR team, focusing on delivering exceptional support to employees throughout their journey.
* You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless payroll processes and manage a high volume of employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
* As an HR point of contact, you will provide advice on policies and procedures, maintaining and improving relevant templates, documentation, and processes.
* Accurate processing of transactions in the HR system is essential, as well as supporting benefit administration, including healthcare, pension, and cycle-to-work schemes.
* You will be responsible for managing leave of absence requests, updating systems, and communicating with employees.
* In addition, you will prepare employment-related documents such as salary letters, visa support, and employment verification.
* Assisting with ongoing HR initiatives and projects aligned to business priorities will also be a part of your responsibilities.
