Reservations Supervisor A very special person is required for an exclusive special event venue in Tipperary. You must have a professional and friendly approach, be able to think on your feet, and focused on providing excellent customer service. You must be sensitive to peoples needs, intuitive, confident, upbeat, able to work on your own initiative, and equipped with a good sense of humour. What education, work experience, or life skills can you bring to this job? Skills you'll need to have: Greet and assist guests with check in and check out. Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills. The ability to work as part of a team Handle phone and email inquiries and manage bookings and reservations. IT skills to include Hotsoft or similar. Excellent organisational skills to process payments and maintain accurate records. Meticulous attention to detail. Previous reception or hospitality experience, book keeping skills, are helpful but not essential. Flexible hours including some weekends. A sense of humour and plenty of energy and stamina.
