Join us in the heart of Grouper's Project Management Team! As a Ukrainian Speaking Project Support Specialist at our SaaS company, you will play an important role in ensuring our Ukrainian-speaking clients have a seamless and successful experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include basic project coordination and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service. Your main goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert support to the project manager.
The role's areas of focus:
* Language: Native Ukrainian Speaker
* Team Collaboration: Function effectively in a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
* Customer Support: Resolve customer requests initiated through various support channels, including telephone and online project requests.
* Collaborative Environment: Contribute to a fast-paced and highly collaborative team-based work environment.
* Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively support end users.
* Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of progress and manage exceptions effectively.
* Client Support:
o Provide first-line support to Ukrainian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
o Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting.
* Project Coordination:
o Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
* Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
o Generate reports on client issues and project status to inform continuous improvement efforts.
* Communication and Collaboration:
o Serve as the main point of contact between Ukrainian-speaking clients and our internal teams.
o Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Graduate, or minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
* Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Deadline Oriented: Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Cloud Deployment: Knowledge of cloud deployment models and post-deployment service operations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
* Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices.
* Language Proficiency:
o Fluent in Ukrainian and English, with excellent written and verbal skills in both.
* Customer Service Skills:
o Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive support approach.
* Project Management:
o Experience managing projects, juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Technical Aptitude:
o Comfortable with various software tools and technologies.
o Quick learner of new SaaS products and features.
