The Byrne Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to drive growth across our portfolio of unique properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow market share.
2. Enhance each property's brand through targeted digital and traditional campaigns.
3. Drive room sales, wedding/event bookings, and corporate retention.
4. Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
5. Lead and inspire a sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
6. Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients.
7. Oversee CRM, social media, SEO, and website strategies to increase direct bookings.
Requirements
* 7+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in hospitality or luxury sectors.
* Proven track record in revenue growth, brand development, and team leadership.
* Skilled in digital marketing, revenue management, and corporate sales.
* Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of Irish/UK hospitality markets is a plus.
