Key Responsibilities
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, risk, and environmental policies.
* Provide expert advice and support to operational teams across all service lines.
* Lead the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures.
* Support training plans to ensure staff are competent in delivering services safely.
* Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety walks, reporting findings and driving improvements.
* Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
* Collaborate with regional HSEQ teams and contribute to business resilience planning.
* Deliver monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior stakeholders.
* Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities and internal safety teams.
