We’re looking for someone local, smart, hands-on, and ambitious to own the setup and rollout of this system.

The Mission
You will lead the implementation of a new, subscription-based client model starting with immigration memberships and later building recurring services for our company formation clients — including tech add-ons like website hosting, email, VoIP and VPN.
We already have the strategy. Your job is to make it real — and fast.

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Immigration Membership Setup (Month 1–3)
• Set up Stripe subscriptions, email sequences (via Brevo or similar), and basic CRM flows
• Launch a €29/month immigration membership with onboarding, billing, and benefits tracking
• Track member activity and trigger reminders for consultations, renewals, etc.
• Support copywriting for client emails, upsell pages, and landing page content
Phase 2 – Company Formations & Service Bundles (Month 3–6+)
• Build and manage recurring services for formations: Registered Office, Co Sec, Hosting, VPN, VoIP
• Integrate signup forms, Stripe billing, and email onboarding flows
• Create a simple internal system to track who’s on what plan and when renewals are due
• Liaise with tech partners (hosting, VoIP resellers) and coordinate smooth delivery
Ongoing:
• Work closely with Managing Director to report progress weekly
• Identify and fix bottlenecks in any part of the customer journey
• Help develop clear internal documentation, templates, and client-facing FAQs
• Suggest improvements or automations based on feedback and results

What You’ll Need
• Strong comfort with digital tools (Stripe, Brevo, Zapier, WordPress, etc.)
• A builder’s mindset — you’ll figure out how to connect systems and make things work
• Excellent organisation and follow-through — you’ll own your deadlines
• Smart, tech-aware, and able to simplify complex flows for clients
• Interest in immigration, tech services, or digital business tools a big bonus
• Must be based in Wexford and happy to work from our office (with some flexibility)

• Immigration subscription system live and running smoothly within 8 weeks
• First 100 recurring clients onboarded in 3–4 months
• Formation add-on bundles generating recurring income by Month 6
• Clear, automated backend system that doesn’t rely on constant manual work
