Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and flight crews, delivering exceptional hospitality and a warm welcome.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless customer service by assisting with check-ins, escorting guests, managing inquiries, and coordinating concierge services.
* Promote our services and update guest preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
* Maintain clean, safe, and secure facilities while adhering to operational procedures and airport security standards.
* Support emergency response protocols and ensure airside safety, including wing walking, valet support, and equipment handling.
What We Are Looking For
* You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass company background checks and drug tests.
* You should have excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft and visually inspect aircraft fuel.
* You must possess a valid driver's license and exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors.
