We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, and generating revenue within their assigned territory. This is a customer-facing, results-driven role where you'll play a key part in expanding our market share and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll manage your own schedule, and have a direct impact on the growth of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development:
* Identify and target new retail clients and vape shops within Southern Ireland to expand our customer base.
* Conduct cold calls, meetings, and follow-up on sales leads to drive new accounts.
* Demonstrate and present products to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with JustMist Wholesale Ltd.
* Account Management & Relationship Building:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customers' needs are met and identify opportunities for additional sales.
* Sales Targets & Reporting:
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Provide detailed reports on sales activity, progress, and forecasts.
* Track competitor activities and trends in the market to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Promotions & Product Training:
* Educate customers on the latest products, trends, and promotions in the vaping industry.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers to enhance product knowledge and ensure optimal product usage.
* Customer Feedback & Market Intelligence:
* Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the relevant teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and emerging products.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in field sales, ideally within the retail, distribution, or consumer goods sector.
* Must have a knowledge of the vape industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
* Full driving license and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is required).
* Passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
