The Role
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join our team in a stand-alone role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a hybrid position with flexible working hours within Monday to Friday office hours. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with around half of working hours spent in the office to support collaboration and operational requirements.
The role will focus on maintaining, reviewing, and enhancing existing HR policies and procedures, while also providing strategic HR support to drive engagement, performance, and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy & Compliance Management
Review, update, and maintain existing HR policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
* Strategic HR Support
Partner with management to support organisational growth, workforce planning, and the development of incentive and reward structures.
* HR Advisory & Employee Relations
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters and supporting a positive workplace culture.
* Recruitment & Workforce Support
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes as required, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* HR Administration & Data Management
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and oversee day-to-day HR administration.
* Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a stand-alone or senior HR role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
* Experience supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives
* Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* 3rd level qualification in HR required
* 5+ years' relevant HR experience
