Omnia Mental Health Clinic is a private mental health clinic located in the heart of Dublin city centre. We provide a comprehensive range of mental health services, including psychological assessments, counselling and psychotherapy, psychiatric consultations, neuroscience-based evaluations, and neuromodulation treatments. Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative clinical environment.

Role description

This is a subcontractor role for a mental health professional delivering face-to-face clinical services at our Dublin clinic, with limited flexibility for remote work where appropriate. The role involves providing psychological and therapeutic support to adults, adolescents, and children, developing individualised treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions, including counselling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention when required. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support effective case management and continuity of care. Working hours are dependent on service demand.

Key responsibilities

* Provision of psychological and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults
* Development and implementation of individualised treatment plans
* Clinical documentation and professional record keeping
* Collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals
* Participation in multidisciplinary discussions and coordinated care planning

Essential qualifications and experience

* Recognised qualification in psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, or a related mental health discipline
* Current registration with a relevant Irish professional or regulatory body (for example, PSI, CORU, IACP, or IAHIP, as applicable)
* Demonstrated experience in mental health care, case management, and care coordination
* Competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including crisis support
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience working with diverse client presentations in a sensitive and ethical manner
