**Job Title:** Financial Accountant
Role Overview:
As a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. You will be responsible for completing the monthly accounting process, analyzing and reconciling the balance sheet, and identifying areas for process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Finance Manager in preparing and reviewing financial accounting information for consolidated financial reporting statements.
2. Process transformation: review and enhance processes to streamline financial reporting and improve controls.
3. Manage the monthly accounts close process, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and monitored, with any exceptions actioned.
4. Partner with the commercial finance team to add value and insight, supporting commercial decision-making.
5. Work with other members of the financial control team to ensure compliance with accounting and disclosure requirements.
