The role holder must have:Proven experience in travel management, preferably within a construction or related industry.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Knowledge of international travel regulations and experience in managing cross-border travel arrangements is an advantage.Valid driver's licenseRole Responsibilities:Travel Management:Arrange travel itineraries for employees and project teams, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective and align with company policies.Provide support for visa applications and travel documentation as required.Event PlanningPlan, organise, and manage company events, including meetings and team-building activities.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.Prepare event materials, manage RSVPs, and handle on-site support.Administrative Support:Maintain and update travel and event databases, including booking systems and contact lists.Process and track invoices related to travel and events, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Provide administrative support to the project teams and senior management as needed.Communication and Coordination:Act as the point of contact for travel and event-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Prepare reports and summaries on travel and event activities for management review.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all travel and event activities comply with company policies and procedures.Monitor and report on travel expenses and event budgets.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
