The Opportunity
As
Finance Director
, you will:
Drive transformation across systems, processes, and culture.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team (7 people).
Shape and implement finance strategy aligned with business growth.
Champion commercial performance through FP&A best practices and business partnering.
Ensure financial integrity, compliance, and robust controls.
Collaborate with the executive team to influence strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Finance Leader
: 10+ years post-qualification, operating at senior level.
Commercial Acumen
: Strong background in competitive, dynamic sectors.
Transformation Expertise
: Proven track record in leading complex change projects.
Leadership Excellence
: Ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams.
