Construction Project Director
to lead the delivery of large, complex, high-density and high-rise projects across Dublin.

Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance.
Lead senior project teams and manage key client relationships.
Deliver major projects from pre-construction to hand-over.
Qualifications
Proven Project Director or Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex projects with a Tier One or major main contractor.
Expertise in high-density residential, data centres, medical/healthcare and social infrastructure sectors.
