We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Duty Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day hotel operations
* Supervise and motivate a team of up to 45-60 staff members during busy shifts
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hotel
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3*/4* hotel environment
* Valid work permit required
* Strong knowledge of hotel departments, with a focus on food and beverage and rooms division
* Demonstrated track record of success in a similar position
* Previous experience with hotel front office systems is an advantage
