A dynamic and ambitious Store Operations Manager Trainee is required to join our busy supermarket team in South Dublin.
You will be part of a supportive management team, learning the ropes while taking on real responsibility from day one.
* Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards across the shop floor
* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries professionally
* Lead, motivate and guide team members during shifts
* Assist with merchandising, stock control and maintaining visual displays
* Take responsibility for opening/closing procedures when required
* Support in training new or junior staff members
* Contribute to driving sales, service and general store performance
