This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require Site Managers with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget. 2 x Projects - Social Housing, Traditional Build Location: Co Donegal Strong pipeline of work in Co Donegal and North West counties Duties to include: - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff - Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health & Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 3-4 years Site Management experience on Private or Social Housing projects - High level of finishing - First Aid qualification - Strict Health & Safety - CSR Gold Card desirable / SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent These positions are immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP..
