Job DescriptionExcellent opportunity for a corporate finance/corporate banking professional to join an influential private equity fund. Reporting to the Investment Director, the Investment Manager will contribute to the ongoing management of investments, analysis and engagement with portfolio companies/investees.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of investments, attending investee company meetings/advisory committees and developing relationships with key stakeholders.Producing in-depth analysis and reports for Investment Committee and other stakeholders.Ongoing monitoring of investment metrics and valuations.Contributing to ad-hoc projects and providing support for more junior team members.Requirements for this RoleSuccessful candidate will likely have the following background:A relevant third-level degree.6+ years' experience in private equity, corporate finance, venture capital, investment, real estate finance, project finance or similar.A strong track record in investing and/or monitoring investments (debt and equity).
