Our Dublin based client is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing business change initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across IT and transformation programmes. This role will focus on leading large-scale change activities. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the delivery of IT and business transformation programmes.
* Lead stakeholder management and engagement activities to ensure buy-in and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
* Work closely with business analysis teams to understand requirements, assess impacts, and define the scope of change initiatives.
* Deliver and oversee governance processes for change activities, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
* Manage and report on risks, issues, and dependencies related to transformation programmes, implementing mitigation measures as needed.
* Lead workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to prepare business areas for upcoming changes.
* Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve successful adoption and business outcomes.
Essential Experience:
* 5+ years of professional experience in Change Management
* Demonstrated experience working in IT delivery environments, driving change across complex programmes.
* Strong background in stakeholder management and engagement
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
