Job Description
The Deerpark Services provide community-based support for adults with intellectual disabilities using a person-centered approach. The service aims to promote the independence and potential of each individual at all stages of their lives.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their overall well-being. We are seeking a skilled Service Development Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing services and improve outcomes for clients.
2. Provide leadership and direction for the team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among staff members.
3. Support the development of person-centered services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Care or Health Sector, along with a qualification in Health and Social Care Management.
* Proven experience in service management and development, with a focus on supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 9pm, with some weekend work required.
* Probationary period: 9 months from date of appointment.
