Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well-established Real Estate team based in Belfast within a national law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including both local Northern Ireland work and high quality London based transactions. This position would suit a solicitor seeking strong quality work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters
• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial leases
• Supporting on high-value and complex transactions, including London-based work
• Managing files with minimal supervision and maintaining excellent client care
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate team
Essential Skills and Experience
• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales
• Experience in commercial real estate / property law
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
