Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR administrative support to the business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
The HR Administrator will work as part of a centralized first-level support team, providing assistance with various HR-related tasks. These may include managing employee data, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting recruitment efforts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide top-class customer service to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure the quality of HRConnect outputs is always of the highest standards
* Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records, documentation, reporting, and compliance
* Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
* Partner with wider HR team and other key stakeholders to resolve HR matters and queries
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Business or equivalent desired but not essential
* 1+ years proven experience in a HR administration role desired
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills essential
* Experience with Workday and Microsoft desirable
