Internal Sales & Customer Care This key role works as part of a small Sales and Customer Management team identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing and coordinating existing customers and their orders, setting and generating quotes for repeat and new business utilizing our comprehensive supply chain of local manufacturing and Global trade partners.
The role will be Internal based at our factory in Collon, Co Louth however, occasional visits to Customers maybe needed as and when required.
Striving to achieve a common goal of customer service excellence and achieve sales development targets.
Sales Development - Maintain and grow profitable business from within existing customers and identify new target customers.
Account Management Administration, management and communication of customer orders, progress and delivery time frames for your allocated customer base.

Commercial management Administering quotation requests (both for your Internal and External sales colleagues) for repeat orders and new business opportunities by obtaining production costs, setting margins, raising quotations, submitting to the Customer and following up with the aim of winning business and converting to an order.

Skills, Certification or Special Training Required Previous experience in a similar role an advantage Excellent communication skills Strong Customer Management skills Strong Commercial Accumen Working directly within a Production based business and an appreciation and willingness to learn how products are made.
Experience with Microsoft packages Working with CRM systems Knowledge of Sage and other order processing packages an advantage Ability to work within a local team with local focus whilst being part of a Global organization
