Beacon Building Inspectors is a Building Surveying and Engineering Practice, based in Dublin. We are a rapidly expanding firm that offers services nationwide. We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join us on a full time basis due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has Building Surveying experience and looking to commence their journey in the industry with amazing progression opportunities, and bonuses.
Your Role
You will be working on a range of projects ranging from commercial to residential schemes. Duties will also be varied from; schedule of condition surveys, party wall work, dilapidations, repairs, Technical Due Diligence, and project-based works.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements
* Hold a degree in Building Surveying or similar (SCSI/RICS Accredited)
* Based within commuting distance of Dublin
* Full driving license
* Must be looking for a long-term role
