Job Title: Client Account & Retention Sales Specialist
Location: Dublin City South, Ireland
Model: Fully Onsite for the first 6 months, then Hybrid

We’re seeking a Client Account & Retention Sales Specialist to manage and grow existing client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has a commercial mindset, and enjoys delivering real value through excellent service, upselling, and trusted partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Retention (Primary Focus)
* Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Build strong relationships, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and goals.
* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value.
* Manage renewals, contracts, and service updates with attention to detail and efficiency.
* Resolve queries promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
* Provide regular account reviews and performance insights to clients.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates via CRM systems.
* Handle inbound enquiries and assess opportunities for growth or new business.
* Support the wider sales team by flagging leads or referrals from within your client base.
* Assist in creating quotes, proposals, and renewals tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
* Track client satisfaction, engagement, and churn trends.
* Provide regular reports on account activity, upsell success, and retention rates.
Who We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in account management, client services, sales or a similar customer-focused role.
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded with experience in upselling or cross-selling.
* Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
* A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering great client experiences.
