Hotel operations manager opportunity
The job involves managing the day-to-day running of a hotel. This includes overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on bar operations.
* Manage all hotel operations with an emphasis on maintaining high standards in Bar Operations.
* Take a hands-on approach to supporting teams where needed.
* Work closely with the food and beverage departments.
* Lead the beverage/bars side of the business.
* Cover duty management shifts within the hotel property.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a similar role at a busy 3*/4* hotel (at least 2-3 years).
* A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including new initiatives and innovations.
* HACCP training and fluency in English (written and spoken).
