Project Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our current project based in Co. Kildare.
* Responsibilities will include project lifecycle planning, procurement, construction, and final handover.
* The ideal candidate will take ownership of site operations, team leadership, and programme delivery.
* Closely collaborate with the Design Manager and stakeholders to resolve design issues promptly.
* Oversee procurement schedules, trade package scopes, and contracts with support from QS and Contracts Managers.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cost control, including BIM implementation and BC(A)R coordination.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
* Lead weekly progress, site, and QA meetings, following up on actions to maintain momentum.
* Mentor and develop your team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management capacity.
* Extensive experience in managing high-value commercial builds.
* A proven track record of leading complex construction projects from start to finish.
* A strong working knowledge of Irish building regulations, BC(A)R, and H&S legislation.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* A full clean driver's license.
