Duties:Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate effectively across internal and external teamsSupport in the development of project scopes, execution strategies, and budgetsProduce accurate, detailed project reports and maintain project documentation to a high standard.Collaborate with departments such as Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve any contracting or project issues.Overseeing comprehensive cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering.Leading contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.Managing all commercial aspects of large-scale civils' projectsSupporting tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies.Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution processes.Requirements:Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor roleExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction EconomicsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); strong reporting and presentation skills.Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsIf you are interested in applying for this role, please click the link below or send your CV to
