Administrative Assistant Role

This is a month to month rolling contract, 35hr working week with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for the office, providing front-of-house support.
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments and disciplines.
* Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone calls in a professional manner.
* Liaise with managers and staff across different teams, ensuring smooth communication and work flow.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
* Handle general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
* Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple areas simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
