Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Provide local information and assist with guest requests
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Previous receptionist or front desk experience in a luxury environment
* Comfortable using booking systems and basic computer programs
* Friendly and calm under pressure
