Meet The Team
Working as a Senior Production Operator (Chemistry) (Manufacturing Associate; MA3) at Dexcom is a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Production takes place predominantly in a cleanroom environment and the role interacts with semi‑automated and fully automated lines. You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation), ensuring the highest quality product reaches our customers. We aim to establish a culture of attention to detail, quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement. You will become a subject‑matter expert in Dexcom solutions manufacturing processes and release testing and will become a trainer and leader in your area.
Where You Come In
* Experienced in solutions and/or raw material manufacturing processes
* Experienced in raw material and finished good testing (pH, conductivity, viscosity)
* Experienced in equipment calibration, IOQ, and maintenance
* Supporting data tracking, trending, reporting observations, out‑of‑specifications and root‑cause analysis
* Compliant with all quality procedures under QMS and an advocate for Right First Time principles
* Complete and maintain quality documentation under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Comply with all safety requirements and be an advocate for laboratory safety
* Complete tasks to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisor
* Assist supervisor/manager to plan and schedule resources, equipment and training
* Assume and perform other duties as assigned
What Makes You Successful
* Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification (L5)
* 4 to 6 years medical device and/or pharmaceutical and cleanroom experience
* Experienced in a chemistry laboratory supporting manufacturing operations
* High level of dexterity and attention to detail
* Be punctual, complete tasks efficiently
* Team player
* Growth mindset
* Proven ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills
* Fluent spoken and written English
Shift Pattern
These positions will start Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will move to the shift pattern below by September 2025. Shifts will operate on a 4‑on, 3‑off, 3‑on, 4‑off schedule. Candidates must be flexible to work day / night shift pattern.
Day Shift (07:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.):
* Front End Days: Mon – Wed, alternating Thursdays
* Back End Days: Fri – Sun, alternating Thursdays
Night Shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.):
* Front End Nights: Mon – Wed, alternating Thursdays
* Back End Nights: Fri – Sun, alternating Thursdays

Experience And Education Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 4‑6 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
