Marketing Events Specialist
The Ireland-based Event Planning Role involves supporting the team in the planning, coordination, and execution of key events. These include conferences, quizzes, competitions, service events, and more. About the Job:

* Assist the team in planning, coordinating, and executing key events.

* Collaborate with other teams to implement event strategies and ensure seamless delivery.

* Manage logistics including venue selection, vendor arrangements, and participant registrations.

* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, participants, and board members to enhance engagement.

* Contribute to the development of event marketing materials in conjunction with the marketing team.

Qualifications and Experience:
This role requires a 3rd level qualification in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. You will need relevant experience in event planning or project management in a fast-paced organisation – minimum of 3 years. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities and attention to detail are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively within a team and independently. Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive etc., website management tools, and project planning platforms such as monday.com is required. Ability to think outside the box, take initiative, and look for innovative solutions is also necessary.
