Promoted by Future Cast, we deliver industry-led, subsidised training programmes to Irish private companies, primarily across the construction, manufacturing and quarrying sectors.Our programmes support the adoption of technologies such as automation, AI, IoT and advanced manufacturing, helping businesses build capability, competitiveness, and future-ready skills. )The Role:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Network Administrator to support the delivery, administration and compliance of our training programmes.This is a hands-on, data-driven role in a structured and regulated environment, involving training coordination, finance and procurement administration, reporting, systems management, customer support, and marketing communications, including creating content for social media, newsletters and promotional materials.The role is well suited to candidates with experience in education or training administration, audit, compliance, quality assurance or programme support, who are comfortable working with repeatable tasks, detailed records and strict guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate training bookings, learner records, data entry, and reportingManage invoicing, credit control and financial administrationSupport procurement, audits, funding applications and compliance (ESF+ / GDPR)Maintain accurate records using Sonraí or similar systems and track KPIsRespond to member and provider queries, providing a high standard of customer serviceManage shared inboxes and support marketing communications, including creating content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials using Canva, updating the website, and coordinating eventsSupport meetings and events as requiredCarry out general administrative duties as neededWhat we are looking for:Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, training coordination, education, audit, compliance, marketing support or programme administrationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data-heavy and repetitive tasksExperience working in a regulated or process-driven environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong IT skills (Microsoft 365; experience with WordPress and Canva an advantage)Full driving licence and access to a car, as public transport in the area is limitedDesirable Experience:Experience in education, training, compliance, audit, or funded programmesCoordinating events, marketing, or account management activitiesFamiliarity with publicly funded initiatives and compliance reportingExperience using Sonraí, LMS, CRM, or similar systemsInterest in education, skills development, and Industry 4.0 / digital transformationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and pensionSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to contribute to national skills and digital transformation initiativesEngagement with a wide range of industry clients and state partnersBenefits21 days annual leave (pro rata, increasing with service)Statutory sick pay after probationAccess to Irish Life PRSA schemePlease note: This role is line-managed primarily remotely.
