Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight and coordination of client portfolio, ensuring project requirements are understood and followed at all times.
* Facilitating information flow to all partners (Client, Labs, Quality Department, Sample Management and Business Development).
* Operational Project Management: Shipment inspection review, login authorization, COA setup, QA submission, stability studies, sample disposal approvals, shipment organization, cumulative stability reports, metrics maintenance and monitoring.
* Handling forecasts of activities, contracts, client communication, internal communication, document preparation, compliance assurance, and accurate invoicing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Science (ideally chemistry or biochemistry) or higher.
* Minimum 3 years experience in project management related position within laboratory, CRO/contract lab or clinical setting.
* GMP Laboratory environment/Analytical laboratory experience.
* Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with clients.
* Strong client relationship leadership skills and ability to work successfully with multi-level teams.
