The name Omos - meaning homage, duty, and respect
Accommodation Manager
Commencing: May 2026
In Summer 2026, we're opening Omos - a 16-bedroom Guesthouse and 40-seat Restaurant set on 4.2 acres just outside the heritage town of Abbeyleix, County Laois.
Omos is about creating something lasting and meaningful - something with soul. A guesthouse and restaurant that feel rooted in their surroundings and warmly welcome curiosity and discovery.
As we prepare for our opening in July, we are now recruiting an experienced Accommodation Manager who will report directly to our General Manager and will lead a small housekeeping team.
In joining Omos, our Accommodation Manager will become an important part of our team; central to providing a special experience for our guests in our 16-bedroom guesthouse and bringing a warm, positive energy to the wider team.
They will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the guesthouse.
This role combines hands-on cleaning, with team supervision, quality control, and coordination with management to deliver a guest experience that feels welcoming, intentional, and special.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be experienced and organised with the ability to lead with kindness, uphold standards, and manage inventory.
Accommodation management experience is a must, but experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury guesthouse in Ireland or the UK is a distinct advantage.
