We are seeking a highly motivated
Administrator/Personal Assistant (PA)
to support the Director of Services Office and Regional Management Team in
Regional Office, Quinn's Cross, Mungret, Limerick
.
Contract Type:
Full-time Permanent Contract
Salary Scale:
€49,597 – €60,013 pro rata per annum, subject to LSI Long Service Increments and **** WRC adjustments.
Annual Leave Entitlement:
30 days per annum pro rata.
Overview of the Post
To provide comprehensive administrative support, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for the Director of Services and Regional Management Team.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes with stakeholders across Enable Ireland, the HSE, and affiliated agencies.
Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information in support of regional operations.
Support the planning and execution of regional initiatives, events, and program activities.
Provide proactive support to regional staff and ensure a professional, collaborative working environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of five years of recent, relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
Suitable qualifications or awards in office administration, business, or a related field.
Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Experience working in a health or social care setting is desirable.
Desirable Criteria
Exceptional organisational skills, high-level communication, and experience in a health or social care environment will be considered during the shortlisting process.
