Job Title: Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, you’ll have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they’re on site – whether that’s at set up, or during the period of hire. You’ll work closely with our Transport and Logistics Team and other members of the Operations Team to attend to customer’s queries, both remotely using our innovative technology, or out on site.
Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative!
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering, installing and setting up our rapid deployment CCTV security systems (Towers, CCTV, RSI & Reconeyze)
* Detecting malfunctions or technical problems and determining the right solution, both on location and remotely across all systems.
* Performing all common types of periodic maintenance.
* Diagnosing malfunctions or complex technical problems.
* Applying standard solutions and developing new solutions for complex issues.
* Carrying out inspections of installations according to standards.
* Updating professional knowledge through self-study and training.
* Managing local stock supplies and timely ordering of materials.
* Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the service vehicle.
* Customer liaison, communication, and supporting business development, including proper documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with all H&S requirements, including PPE use.
* Supporting team activities at the local operations hub when not on core tasks.

* Willing to travel across the UK, holding a full driving license (max 3 penalty points), with some overnight stays.
* Proficient in MS Office and related programs.
