We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bookkeeper to support our energy consultancy with basic financial management and client data processing.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping, strong attention to detail, and confidence in data entry and handling.
They will be responsible for maintaining basic bookkeeping functions in an organised, Excel-based format, managing data entry tasks, and assisting in maintaining accurate data templates.
The role also involves occasional outreach to clients via phone or email to clarify missing data and weekly check-in calls to stay aligned.

* Ability to explore and suggest solutions for process improvement
This is a remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland during business hours. We are seeking a candidate to work 5-10 hours per week with a flexible schedule and fixed check-ins at the beginning and end of each task cycle.
