Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation of the annual sales strategy, focusing on MICE and group business opportunities.

* Manage your own portfolio of key national accounts, providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality results.

* Proactively target new business opportunities across the domestic meetings and events market, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends.
">
* Support and lead site visits, large-scale events, and client meetings, showcasing our resort's exceptional services and facilities.
">
* Oversee the negotiation of contracts, ensuring all terms meet our business needs and objectives.
">
* Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
">
* Contribute to commercial planning through weekly executive meetings, sharing insights and expertise to inform strategic decisions.

* Use CRM systems to maintain detailed sales activity and forecasting, monitoring competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

* Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities, building relationships and promoting our brand.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel sales environment, ideally with strong MICE exposure.

* A proven track record of growing revenue and managing key accounts.

* Excellent commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.

* Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Experience mentoring or supporting a team.
