About the Role
This is a pivotal role within our Forensic & Investigation Services team, perfect for a seasoned professional ready to take the lead on a diverse range of assignments. You\u2019ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality results and supporting the continued success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations from inception to completion.
* Prepare comprehensive project reports and outputs, ready for Director or Partner-level review.
* Contribute to a variety of internal programs, including training, recruitment, and other HR initiatives.
* Support business development efforts, including crafting tender documents, executing marketing campaigns, and delivering compelling client pitches.
* Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
* Manage the financial and commercial aspects of your unit, including forecasting, invoicing, debtor management, and budget oversight.
About You
You\u2019re a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record in workplace investigations. You possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, coupled with a strong commercial mindset.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
* Desirable knowledge of broader employee relations, employment law, and HR topics.
* Proven ability to manage a team while successfully delivering multiple assignments for a diverse client base.
* Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A natural ability to build trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen.
* A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
